Main recipients are the Indigent elderly & young children who are basically unable to obtain such Services due to lack of available & affordable resources;
- Organize collective efforts to remove unreasonable & iatrogenic obstacles that frequently hinder the success of such missions & even drastically discourage volunteerism in the Philippines;
- Develop agreed upon position paper on the conduct of Surgical missions in the Philippines in cooperation with Philippine gov't agencies.
Representatives of various gov't agencies including the Department of Health, Professional Regulatory Commission, Bureau of Customs & Commission of Filipinos Overseas have been invited as guests, to participate in the deliberations set-up for this meeting.
