Did you know that from 1988 to 2018, the major province of origin among Hawaii-bound Filipino emigrants is Ilocos Norte?

For three decades since 1988, there has been a total of 110,610 Filipino emigrants en route to the US state of Hawaii. The large majority of these emigrants are from the province of Ilocos Norte at 31.66%.

Other major places of origin include Ilocos Sur at 9.89%, Pangasinan at 7.89%, and the second district of the National Capital Region at 7.37%.
